- Pre-start business planning, from conception to realisation Does your business idea really stand up? Have you thought through everything you need to make it happen? What about business planning? This session explores all the practical things you need to consider before you start your business.
- Income streams and planning ahead This workshop covers getting the help you need in the first stages of business trading, as well as vital thinking about how you'll make your money in the first year. What can you do to help your business survive?
- Customer profiling Who exactly is your customer? Where do they live, shop, work and play? How do they spend their valuable free time – and more importantly, their money? This session is a practical guide to help you identify your market.
- Market research and how to reach your customer What is marketing? What it's used for? Now you've identified your customers, how do you start targeting them? Percy runs this session to follow Customer Profiling.
- Managing relationships and networks One of the most important areas of business is handling relationships and networks with other businesses. This workshop helps you identify positive networking opportunities and achieve healthy inter-business relationships. Aimed at pre-start, new and existing businesses.
- Personal survival plans How much does it cost you to live? Practical advice about personal budgeting and how it affects planning and cashflow processes to help make a sustainable business.
- Cashflow forecasting Demystifying the process of cashflow forecasting, this workshop provides a step-by-step guide - helping you to model financial stability for yourself and your business.
- Funding Find out what business funding is out there and how you can access it. This workshop is a first step towards finding financial help to set up your business.
Percy offers the following modules as an option in all workshops:
- One-to-one coaching A session on how to achieve your personal goals – helping you recognise issues and problems you may need to overcome in order to succeed, both from professional organisations and your friends and family.
- Next level planning You're already in business and you've had some success, but you're not sure how to go forward. This session helps you work out the next stages in running your business, and who can help.
- What happens if things go wrong? - Guidance In business, things don't always go according to plan. This session is all about recognising the warning signs and learning how to put things right at an early stage.
