- Conceptual, innovative and creative thinking This session gets you thinking about exactly what it is you're hoping to achieve, and helps you think creatively about designing, shaping and planning your particular business idea. Aimed primarily at pre-start and new businesses running for up to two years.
- Motivation Running a business can be lonely and taxing. This session offers practical insight and advice on how to keep your creativity and impetus and avoid loosing enthusiasm or going stale. Aimed at pre-start and new businesses.
- Mentoring, advice and guidance A session designed to keep you on track and help you get over any issues or difficulties you may be experiencing in your creative business. Run as group sessions to enable peer-to-peer support, the module is also aimed at individual businesses for team support and development.
- Managing relationships and networks One of the most important areas of business is handling relationships and networks with other businesses. This workshop helps you identify positive networking opportunities and achieve healthy inter-business relationships. Aimed at pre-start, new and existing businesses.
Percy offers the following modules as an option in all workshops:
- One-to-one coaching A session on how to achieve your personal goals – helping you recognise issues and problems you may need to overcome in order to succeed, both from professional organisations and your friends and family.
- Next level planning You're already in business and you've had some success, but you're not sure how to go forward. This session helps you work out the next stages in running your business, and who can help.
- What happens if things go wrong? - Guidance In business, things don't always go according to plan. This session is all about recognising the warning signs and learning how to put things right at an early stage.
